Day 8 of Trying To Retire My Wife here's how much money I made last week... ...with no job I almost lost my wife to postpartum depression last summer so I'm trying to redeem time lost. So it's day eight of trying to retire my wife for the summer. I have to make a minimum of $7,500 just to cover June's mandatory expenses for seven, and we have no jobs, just fully in entrepreneurship, 'cause God fired us. But I'm gonna much I made this week because I told y'all for every 10 followers I'm gonna add a dollar to her summer redemption fund. And apparently, about her, 'cause last week, 7,356 of y'all decided to follow along for the journey. Thank you so much, fam. Honestly, it means more than you know. So I added $740 to her summer redemption fund, and that feels like victory. But I got some work to do, 'cause that doesn't even cover groceries for these five boys who eat like sumo wrestlers. So let's talk numbers and how much I brought in this week through our five streams of income. We got $1,357 from (music royalties) my music streams from May. 73,000 streams. Praise God. 'Cause I haven't had time to make any new music, y'all play a song, it adds up. So thank you from my heart. One of my songs an episode of Power, so I got paid $680 (Sync placement) for that. Y'all saw I finally digital product and in less than 24 hours we got $471 (digital product) $471 from 18 sales, and $81 from another $81 (another one) digital product, IPS. And I was able to lock in a videography gig for a wedding in August, and that deposit was $2,000. $2,000 (wedding videography) Two of y'all bought our merch from $106 (The Psalm Room Merch) The Psalm Room, so we took home $106. So that's a grand total of $4,695 (grand total) $4,695 in one week. Bro, I can't even express how faithful the Lord is. Thank y'all so much for the support. Last week, sure how I was gonna pay the mortgage tomorrow. But honestly, we're realizing the beauty of being in a daily manna season, where God is teaching us to trust Him for us every single day. And the character in us, it's beautiful. God told my wife to stop working main income for six years. It was scary, but sometimes God will ask you to let go of everything you use as your safety net and stability so you can truly stand on Him as your rock. I don't know what your faith level is right now, but if you're questioning if He's really good, this is your proof. God don't play and He don't play about you. Obey, even if it doesn't make sense, and just trust Him.
