HOPECORE: World's Largest DataCenter CANCELLED Alright y'all, we got some Hopecore today as the world's largest data center project has just officially been abandoned. Blackstone-owned QTS abandons planned world's largest data center campus after years of lawsuits. The Telegraph: Local protests derail US data centre 'monstrosity' backed by Wall Street giant. And this comes after a bunch of local protesters and lawsuits managed to successfully pressure the developers, Wall Street investors, and the county to finally give up. And this is a major win because this project was backed by Blackstone, which is the world's largest alternative asset manager. So it's big money. They were looking to build an absolute monstrosity. This thing would have been a 2,100 acre project housing up to 37 data centers within it. And they were planning on building it right next to a historic site. But thanks to the tireless efforts of the local protesters, as well as several lawsuits, the data center developers have been soundly defeated. So major props and congratulations to the residents of Prince William County, Virginia. It's been reported that more than 75 data center build-outs worth $130 billion have been successfully blocked or delayed across the nation in the first quarter of 2026 alone. By comparison, this is the same amount that was blocked throughout 2025. So just know that all the community resistance and all the city council protests we've been seeing, that's all been working. So, keep it up. This plus the Flock camera thing, you know, a lot of Hopecore we've been seeing lately. And another thing that's important to note here is that this data center opposition is bipartisan. It's across the board. A recent survey showed that 70% of Americans were opposed to data centers being built around them. That makes them less popular than nuclear power plants. So, well done and let's get 'em out of here. And as we enjoy the 250th anniversary of our nation, we should focus on the things that unite us as a country, not the data center opposition, Flock camera opposition, and small country opposition.
