BREAKING: Spain Blocks Palantir Over Security Concerns

All right, so the government of Spain just completely blacklisted Palantir over domestic security concerns across all public and private companies over issues of national security. And soon after, it was also reported that Italy is now halting all expansion of government contracts with Palantir as well. Other European states have taken similar steps as Palantir's reputation for gross human rights violations spreads. France, Germany, Australia, and even the EU as a whole have all been massively pushing against Palantir's usage in their government or in their nations entirely. And those are just a few examples. It's pretty much like the entirety of Europe is against this. And all of them expressing concerns over their national security. Because giving an individual US company that much access over critical data and extremely sensitive government information, I mean, it's probably not such a great idea. Especially while at the same time, the CEO just went on CNBC and openly stated that he is the most publicly supportive CEO of Israel, while defending his company's backing of the country during an interview with CNBC. He said, "I think Israel is on the side of good," Karp said, adding that although he publicly supports Israel, he also raises criticism with Israeli officials in private when he disagrees with their policies. Palantir has been a vocal supporter of Israel since October 2023 and expanded its partnership with the Israeli Ministry of Defense in early 2024, providing artificial intelligence and battlefield technologies. And giving such a morally bankrupt company that much access over your country is just absurd. But then of course, that raises the question of why do we give them so much access over our government? If you didn't know, Palantir is deeply embedded in our military, our Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, FBI, DEA, IRS, SEC, CDC, basically any of the letters you can think of, they're part of it. They have access and they have all the data because that's how their AI works. They go through it all and then they like optimize it. They have major access over vital information while at the same time being very closely aligned with the small country. But of course, for some reason, it doesn't constitute a national security concern for us. This is another reason why when I see the recent mergers going through Congress with the small country for our military and our intelligence agencies, I'm not really surprised. It kind of just seems like confirmation of what's already happening. Basically them securing the rest of the bag. They have major access over vital information while at the same time being very closely aligned with the small country. But of course, for some reason, it doesn't constitute a national security concern for us.
