And the good news is none of these have to do with your degree and everything to do with how you build with AI. He's describing five different archetypes. The prototyper spits out tons of new ideas. And the builder turns an idea into a real product fast. And the sweeper cleans it up and makes it simple. And the grower takes what's built and makes people love it. And the maintainer keeps it all running as it scales. A healthy team needs a mix of these things depending on the product is. So figure out which archetype you are, get great at it, and I would also suggest getting disgustingly good at working with AI. This is how you win when job titles disappear.
