Somewhere along the way, we started believing that a healthy body should look posed 24/7. It shouldn’t. I took this photo because I want more women to see what a real body looks like. I’m healthy. I lift weights. I eat the burger. And yes, my stomach has rolls when I sit down. It’s supposed to. I spent years thinking I had to earn my food, make myself smaller, and apologize for taking up space. I don’t want to live like that anymore. I want to enjoy dinner without calculating the calories. I want to laugh without wondering what my stomach looks like from every angle. I want to be strong enough to carry my life instead of spending it trying to shrink it. If this photo reminds even one woman that she doesn’t need to earn her next meal or hate her body for doing something completely normal, then it was worth posting. Eat the burger. Lift the weights. Take the picture anyway. Your body was never the problem. 🤍 #HealthyNotHungry #BodyImage #FitnessReality #WomenWhoLift #HealthyLifestyle
