How to nail your remote

If you're applying for remote jobs, you know that you cannot skip your introduction video and I know many people don't like this step, but unfortunately, almost all platforms need an intro video. And this is how you're going to nail yours. Make sure to save the videos so that you can go back to it later and share it with somebody who is actually looking for a remote job. Number one, look professional. You want to make sure that you look professional and you're dressed well because this will show your potential employer that you actually take the job seriously. And also, you want to make sure that you are in clean space plus good lighting. The audio quality is perfect because they need to hear what you're saying. Number two, don't read a script. Do not read off a script. They will definitely tell. It's actually okay if you use your arms or your or maybe you pause during the video because that sounds very natural and is highly encouraged instead of just reading off a script. Number three, keep the video short. Make sure that your video is not too long. And by too long, I mean that it's not more than two minutes. I would personally recommend keeping it under 90 seconds because I feel like that is the sweet spot. You can definitely hit key points in the video within that time frame.
