I started reading self-development books in 2020. Six years later, these are the five books that have genuinely changed how I think. Number one is The Laws of Human Nature. People always talk about Robert Greene for The 48 Laws of Power, but I actually think this is his most impactful book. It teaches you how human beings think, behave, and operate. That alone gives you an edge over the average person. Number two, Meditations. This book taught me emotional control from a young age. People always ask how I stay calm or always seem unfazed. Recently, I had a client go to me after five months of work and I still use lessons from this book to stay calm and stoic. Number three, The Prince. This is one of the original books on power. Now, it's not about manipulating people, it's about understanding power and manipulation so you don't become naive to how the real world works. Number four, Making It Big. This book helped me a lot when I lost over 100k in crypto because Femi Otedola lost billions and still made it back. That taught me that if you can do it once, you can do it again. And lastly, number five, The Definitive Book of Body Language. This book improved my charisma, social awareness, and how I carry myself. Most people don't understand body language cues, so if you do, that gives you a serious edge. Now, there are loads more books that I could have included, especially finance ones, but I don't want to make the video too long, so I narrowed it down to these five. If you're interested in any of them, I've linked all of them to my bio.
