They have a great balance of ingredients to hydrate and soothe irritation while gently exfoliating and clearing pores Exfoliants: Gluconolactone (PHA) Capryloyl salicylic acid (LHA) Also includes: Panthenol Allantoin Centella Madecassoside Lactobacillus ferment ✅ smash ✅ fragrance free ✅ oil free ✅ alcohol free Best for: sensitive skin for soothing and pore care Medicube Zero Pore Pad This one is popular because it can be effective but for sensitive or reactive skin it is way too irritating. I can very occasionally use them on just my forehead where I'm very oily and least sensitive but otherwise they're a pass ❌ pass stronger exfoliants may irritate sensitive skin: • lactic acid • salicylic acid • betaine salicylate ❌ fragrance ❌ alcohol ❌ multiple essential oils House of Hur Clearing Skin Prep Essence Pad This is the strongest of the toner pads my sensitive skin can handle. The exfoliants are in lower concentrations and paired with soothing ingredients making these effective yet gentle. These help with dry, flaky skin, texture and congested pores Contains: glycolic acid (AHA) gluconolactone (PHA) salicylic acid (BHA) Also contains: Beet root extract Panthenol Allantoin ✅ smash! ✅ fragrance free ✅ oil free ✅ alcohol free ✅ fungal acne safe Best for: sensitive skin that is experienced with exfoliation and ready for something stronger Mediheal Phyto-Enzyme Peeling Pad These were so irritating Betaine salicylate (BHA) Capryloyl salicylic acid (LHA) ❌ pass ❌ essential oils ❌ fragrance ❌ menthol Numbuzin No 3 Exfoliating Toner Pads These are newer and so far they have not irritated my skin at all but they do contain a very mild (yet pleasant) fragrance and alcohol so I would say proceed with caution or skip altogether if you're super sensitive to fragrance. They're perfect for the most sensitive skin who may be new to exfoliation.
