Rating sticker papers as a small business owner Hi! i'm Jay. I started my shop in 2022, and have used a ton of different sticker papers. Let's rate a few, and I'll give my personal recommendation at the end! First up, ONLINELABELS I think it's a small business rite of passage to use this paper The colors are great, but it's a little on the thinner side and tends to ripple even when it's weighed down to stay flat. It also smears a bit in the corners with my Canon Pixma. 6/10 Second is BLEIDRUCK It's a little thicker than OL, and is a brighter white. It's good for sticker sheets because it doesn't create as much dust when it goes through my Juliet, and was pretty affordable. Left: OL Right: Bleidruck Unfortunately, it's discontinued/ unavailable. 8.5/10 Next up, KOALA On the thicker side, (might be the thickest out of the 4) decent white, in between OL and Bleidruck for cutting dust, but I HATED the patterned backing. I like blank backing, but that's just a personal preference. 7/10 And last but not least, HTVRONT Also on the thicker side, (between Koala and Bleidruck) nice color quality and whiteness, with blank backing and semi minimal cutting dust. 7.5/10 And my personal recommendation is, HTVRONT I hope this was helpful, let me know if you want more small biz recs!
