My go-to photo printer is the Liene Pearl. I've had this printer for a while now and I basically use it every single day. It combines the best of both worlds, which is that it uses dye sublimation printing to get really accurate and lifelike photos. And it prints directly on sticker paper, so I don't have to mess around with a tape runner or glue stick to put everything down on the page. It also has built-in frames, so that's how I'm able to print four pictures on one page like this. Then I just cut them out, remove the backing and I'm good to go. Another nice thing is that these photos print thin, so they're not bulking up your pages. I have it linked below if you're interested and let me know if you have any other questions.
