I'm going to show you the exact smoothie that I make every single morning. A big handful of spinach, 5 to 6 fresh mint leaves, about this much cucumber, chopped. Then, about a teaspoon of He Shou Wu. Then, about a teaspoon of ashwagandha. It's this stuff. One goes in the smoothie. Then, I love this greens powder, which is all about energy and focus. It's this stuff. One goes in the smoothie. Then, a rather generous helping of protein powder. My favorite ones from M1. Then, I have some flax seeds. And then the juice of one and a half lemons. And then one cup of almond milk. This is my favorite brand, Malk. So I use the measure. So I use a cup full. And then three ice cubes. Blend with Nutribullet, pour, and you're done. My quickest. That's about the consistency that you're looking for.
