The recipe for success is mostly survival bias and the luck-skill paradox, and the people selling it sincerely believe it, which is what makes it work. In short, you probably won’t be more successful if you cold plunge your dog every morning at 5am, or buy some weird supplements for your brain. Just be competent and roll the dice a few times.
