This right here is a tablet

This right here is a tablet that they give to prisoners that are serving their time in jail. But what can it actually do? This thing is called the JPAY JP5 and JP5mini, and there's a couple different variants. It's basically a tablet that's meant for prisoners and it is not like a normal tablet. The thing is, what it can actually do is dependent on which state you're in. Certain states allow certain things on the tablets. But the typical capabilities include this. The system can send electronic messages. It can send and receive photos, even sometimes videos. It can listen to music, read ebooks, play games. You can actually watch movies or videos on this. You can access educational content. You can read news feeds. You can store like basic photos and stuff. And some facilities even allow them to make phone calls. But here's the thing is, here's all the things that they cannot do with a tablet like this. You cannot browse the internet. You can't use Google Chrome normally. You cannot install apps. You can't use Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit or anything. You can't connect to the Wi-Fi. You can't message anybody unmonitored. So yeah, there's a lot of things you're not allowed to do on this tablet. But it's a lot better than having nothing. These things are pretty cheap. I looked on the internet, you can get one for like 50 bucks. So if this video gets 10,000 likes, I'll buy out a prison tablet and try it out.
