pov: you're a camp counselor

How were the outdoor camp days today? Why would we cancel camp for a downpour? I'm soaking wet. Got a big beautiful day of sitting under a tarp crafting and having a big bonfire for my kiddos all lined up for us at 9:35 AM. Miss Ava, can we go in the river? Yeah, of course, the 65 degree day. Yeah, of course, the 65 degree day you want to go in the river? Not an 85 degree sunny day. Sure, let's go in the river. 10:05 AM, Miss Ava, I could have told you that one, buddy. Finally, start the fire. It's beautiful. Light work, no reaction. I'm pretty pleased with myself. All of a sudden I hear the sound. Guess what sound that is? One kid was spraying bug spray in the fire. Yeah. Bug spray in the fire. I like ninja lunged at the kid to get the bug spray out of his hands and it explodes in his face. My big beautiful fire that's keeping me warm turns green from the chemicals. We put it out because they're inhaling chemicals from the bug spray. Guess you can tell me which friend that was. Pink allergy friend. Same friend. Got a lot of stories about this one. Giving out Aura. Any other kids give out Aura? I have zero because I'm a girl, all my male coworkers have a million. The real reason that I'm upset. I honestly couldn't tell you. He's a six-year-old. I wish I wasn't upset, but I am. My day was wet. Thank you.
