No Degree? Anthropic WILL PAY YOU $85K To Use Claude

Some of Anthropic's money, we all do. If you don't have a degree and if you are a young person, they will pay you $85,000 a year to use Claude in a non-profit context to solve real problems. This is a real thing. They've set aside $150 million for this. It's not just going to be one person, it's going to be like a thousand people that get this role. And you might say, oh my gosh, I'm basically a walking, talking advertisement for Claude. Yeah, you are, but you're getting paid to do it. And also you're going to learn skills that you can use for any model to apply to solve problems. So I don't know, I think the trade is pretty good. We've been talking a lot about how it's challenging for folks who may not fully finish college or who may be early in their career to get a role, especially in AI. So I love this move by Anthropic. I love that they're trying to use non-profit opportunities as something they can fund and they can support, and at the same time they can use to bring AI into a field that traditionally is a trailing edge indicator for tech. It takes a long time for tech to get to non-profit. And so seeing AI leapfrog here is also a good thing because it means that nonprofits that are doing important work get to have the benefits of AI faster than they otherwise would.
