What a creative idea this was and we all have Aaron and Alara chef to thank for it. Whilst we were trying all create these crazy summer gelato flavors. We weren't actually going really really quiet and now I know it was because she was thinking. So instead of doing a crazy gelato flavor, why not make something that actually looks like summer and reminds you of summer? And that's when she came up with the idea of making this seaside gelato. So the base is just custom cream and then the blue that you see on top is just vanilla. You probably all thinking now, what makes this seaside? Just you. So when it was getting carved out to be honest, it didn't give that absolute full effect that we wanted it to. But you guys still get the vision. We've got the sand on the bottom and the sea and the sky on top. And then to push it even further, we wanted to make like the texture of the sand. So we crumbled up some wafers and some biscuits. And I know you're all going to say, no, you don't stereotypically see dolphins at the seaside, but they were just too cute and they fit the vibe. But to be honest, they were an absolute pain, they kept sliding off. But anyway, here is the finish result.
