My freezer was full of souper cubes I haven't unmolded know how long. So let's unmold of trays together. First up, we're starting with some chicken stock. This tray didn't even have a date on it, how long it's been in the freezer. But regardless, we're gonna get it out and into an OXO 1-gallon silicone freezer bag. for storage, and it will hold eight cups, but I only have four today. Next up, I cup tray full of pink beans. When I show these, people always ask me, what are pink beans? It's a bean variety from the Caribbean. In Spanish, it would be habichuelas rosadas, which literally translates to pink beans. So instead of black beans or Pinto beans, these are pink beans. These are cooked in a Puerto Rican style with sofrito, tomato sauce, and olives. has three portions left of a sausage chili egg sausage chili egg bake. This is raw. It's not baked because I only filled these up to the 1 cup fill line in the souper cube tray. I can actually fit three of these into a quart size freezer bag. These come out of the freezer and get baked directly from frozen. Lastly, I have a tray with three peach, carrot, ginger drink concentrates, and instead of filling right to the 1 cup line, these are overfilled. Which makes it a lot harder to get three of them into a quart size freezer bag. So instead of extra bag, I decided I would just drink one right away.
