Would you spend $375 on a gym membership? Today we're touring the brand new Life Time in Brea. I am geeking out as a health and wellness girly. Spoiler alert, this place is my dream. This is very clearly not just a gym though. They actually call themselves an Athletic Country Club. And that's because not only can you work out here, which side note, the workout equipment in the classes offered here again, literally my dream. There's also indoor and outdoor pickleball courts. There's a recovery zone with hydromassage and cryo lounge chairs, which by the way, overlooks the beach club. Definitely one of my favorites of the day. There's a traditional lap pool and a leisure pool with slides, cabanas and even a full service bar and restaurant. Then when you make your way back inside, there is a full-service LifeSpa. You can get your hair done, your nails done, and they even offer a variety of facials and massage. There's an indoor cafe where you can get food, smoothies or coffee, and there's a bar and lounge and co-working space for our work from home people. Imagine a work day here. My favorite room of the entire day was hands down the rejuvenation suite. This is a contrast therapy room where you can alternate between cold plunges, saunas, steam rooms and jacuzzis. If you're a parent thinking, oh my gosh, I would never have the time to do this, their Kids Academy is one of the things that blew me away. That is saying a lot, okay? I really feel like every single detail was thought through and you truly could never get bored here. So what do we think? Is $375 worth it?
