Here's how I make an extra income four times in the next seven days. Let's talk about it. Listen, I need every penny I can get in this economy, so I'm coming with the extra dividend income every single time. If you don't already know, a dividend is basically a gift a company's gonna give you on a monthly, quarterly, or yearly basis. Make sure you write that down. Dividends can come at different times, but in the next up and coming week, I have four different stocks that are going to be paying me dividends. If you take a look right here, you're gonna see some of the amounts that I'm getting in dividend income from these stocks. I'm gonna be focusing on one of these stocks today because it's one of my favorites. Dividend payers. The ticker symbol is ADC and the company's name is Agree Realty. This company is what's known as a REIT or a real estate investment trust. By buying a REIT, you're essentially investing in real estate without having to buy any physical real estate. They own real estate that is income producing assets. So when they get paid in the form of a rent, they're gonna pay me in the form of a monthly dividend. ADC is one of the top dividend payers in my portfolio. Now, I don't use this money actually every month. I let it reinvest to buy more shares of the same stock so I get a bigger dividend next month.
