23 AND FM I'm getting paid every month to invest in the stock market. Let me tell you how I do it. Super easy to do and this is gonna be a beginner guide for anybody who's looking to learn. Take a look at this stock right here. It's called ADC. Agree Realty. It's one of my best stocks in my portfolio. It is what's known as a REIT or a real estate investment trust. Of course, I'm gonna explain to you what that is. That is a company that owns some real estate. That is an income producing asset for them. When they have these leases and they have tenants that pay them in the form of rent, they're gonna pay me every month in the form of a dividend. A dividend is when a company takes a slice of its profits and gives it back to the shareholders. It's kinda like a gift the company is gonna give you. ADC just happens to be one of those dividend stocks that pay me monthly dividends. If you look right here, I'll show you the dividends that I got in the last couple months from investing with this company. I don't have to trade. I don't have to do anything like that as long as I continue to leave my money invested in that stock, they're gonna pay me in the form of a monthly dividend. Now, I know this might not seem like a lot right now, but it's a lot to me and it's gonna create cash flow in the future. It's all about planting those seeds now and set me up for when I'm ready to retire.
