I have been wanting to do this July of flavors for the past few months. I went to the ice cream convention with Charlie and Anneli's actually had this in their cabinet and it was so delicious and I was like, we need to do this at Dolly's. That was back in February. Obviously, it was very cold, very rainy and it just wouldn't have sold well to be honest. But now we keep getting these absolutely scorching heat waves. So I think it's going to be one of our best sellers. So if you haven't figured it out already, this is actually a Twister ice cream. I've already caught on, but we are trying to go out there a little bit with all of our summer flavors. So if anyone else does have any other suggestions, whether that's a nice sorbet or a drink or just something that reminds you of summer in general, please do let us know. So usually in our gelato, our gelato chefs only do like three swirls, but Jess's vision for this was she wanted to do as many as possible. She could, then it represented the swirls that go around a Twister. I know, how clever. It's already available in the cabinet. So if you have tried it already, please do let me know what you think.
