This is the kind of dessert you'll want to make for summer gatherings, family dinners, holidays, or anytime you need something guaranteed to impress. ✨ INGREDIENTS: 1 box yellow cake mix 1 large egg ½ cup unsalted butter, melted Gooey Layer 8 ounces cream cheese, softened 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ½ cup unsalted butter, melted 4 cups powdered sugar 1 cup fresh blueberries Zest of 1 lemon (optional, but highly recommended) Homemade Blueberry Sauce 4 cups fresh blueberries ½ cup granulated sugar 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice ¼ cup water 2 tablespoons cornstarch 2 tablespoons water (for slurry) 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Pinch of salt For Finishing Powdered sugar Vanilla ice cream (optional) DIRECTIONS: -Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13-inch baking dish. -Mix the cake mix, egg, and melted butter until a soft dough forms.
