My old Texas Roadhouse order versus my new Texas Roadhouse order What I would have gotten 140 pounds ago is this cactus blossom just for starters. The entire cactus blossom with the sauce has 2,250 calories. As a starter, if we would have shared this, so I would have probably had about 1/3, which is approximately 750 calories. What's Texas Roadhouse without their rolls? Each one of the rolls is 200 calories. I would have absolutely eaten at least two, 400 calories. What's the rolls without their delicious honey cinnamon butter? This is 80 calories per serving and again, with two servings, I would have been at 160 calories. Let's get to the good stuff. For my steak dinner, I would have had the bone-in ribeye. She's gorgeous, but she's 1,400 calories. Just in the steak. Texas Roadhouse steak dinner comes with two sides. I would have gotten the fully loaded baked potato. Yum, 650 calories. And for my second side, I would have gotten the mac and cheese. This is 380 calories. Bringing my old order to 3,000 and 100 calories. Now, 140 pounds later, I use the MenuFit app to help defy my old order into a little bit more macro-friendly order to help me fit in my calories. I get the 6 ounce sirloin, which is only 250 calories. I cannot have a steak dinner without a potato, so I got the mashed potatoes, 260 calories. I do not get the gravy because I dipped my steak directly in the taters. And for my second side to add a little bit more balanced meal, I get the green beanies, they're only 100 calories. And again, what's Texas Roadhouse without their rolls? I would have been a little bit more macro-friendly and do one serving, one roll, 200 calories and 80 calories for serving size of our favorite butter. Bringing my new order to 890 calories and 59 grams of protein.
