It was so hot that it actually hurt to pull them apart. They were fluffy, buttery, and paired perfectly with the sweet cinnamon butter. For our appetizer, we got the rattlesnake bites. They're basically fried cheese with jalapenos. You can't go wrong with fried cheese, but I wish they were a little crispier. Some of our sides came out before the entrees. I got the chili, and my husband got the caesar salad. The chili was so flavourful and it was perfect since we went on a chili day. For my main, I ordered the 12oz New York strip cooked medium rare with fries. And wow, it was so juicy, tender, and cooked perfectly. My husband got the 14oz ribeye, also medium rare, with the loaded baked potato. and he really enjoyed it too. Honestly, these steaks could compete with steaks we've had at more high end steakhouses. And that's everything we ate at Texas Roadhouse for the first time.
