If you buy a house when you're 21, by the time you paid off, that's in 30 years. But at that point, you're going to be 51 years old. Now, I get it. That seems like a very long time from now. But let's say you wait until you're 35 years old. You are now 65 when you have that house paid off and I don't know about you, but I would much rather have that house paid off on 55 or 50 instead of 65. Don't get so caught up in buying that next new car, that next new phone or whatever it is you think you need. Because really what you actually need is a brand new house. Scratch that. It doesn't even have to be new. You just gotta get into some property.
