Today we're installing this

Today we're installing this giant art piece or a lamp. It's a bit of both. I discovered this wonderful independent artist called Tyka Pryde and she came out with a furniture collection. It's called the Sol Study. It's super cool. I asked for it for and it took what we ordered it in early March lol like 4 months to come in? Very long time but it's finally here and we're gonna install it. Oh wow. Oh it's beautiful. Wow. This is it. Aah! It does work. Mechanical engineer, so he really likes building stuff. It makes my life cause he has all these power tools that I don't really know how to use. But at least I know this art piece is not gonna fall on me while I sleep. The 5/32 here, just cause it's smaller. And then if you need to go bigger, if it doesn't go in, then you can just up the size. Girl math on this one. Like that. There. There. There. This is the most measuring I've ever done to hang up any item ever. This came with zero instructions so we had to make this. I think it turned out pretty well. You'll need a 5/16 drill bit for the drywall screws. Started with a 5/32 that made a pilot hole and then actually ended up needing a 5/16 to get this thing in here. So yeah. So yeah. So yeah. Oh wow. Yay! I'm gonna wash my sheets now anyways. Yeah. I think it turned out great. I mean look at it. Now I gotta need to decide what to do with my bedspread situation. Not loving this combo.
