Episode 1: What is Lindah?

I cut hair that I was growing for over two years for my clothing brand concept. This was me the next day and I won't lie, I wasn't regretting my decision because like, what I'm about to do is something that's never been done. Hi, my name is Felix and I'm starting a clothing brand of my late mom, "Lindah. You see, one of the most vivid memories I have of my mother is me walking into the house after a weekend of being at a friend's house and she looked at me because she had just started chemotherapy and said, "Tawanda, I'm losing my hair." And with one of the most beautiful smiles, and I can never forget that day because she knew she wasn't going to be okay, but she wanted me to know that I'll be okay after losing her for years, I ran away from that grief. But if you've ever ran away from anything, you know that thing catches up to you and it hits you like a flood. And that's what my brand is about. My brand isn't simply for people that are grieving. That people that have lost because of death. But it's for anyone that has had something to grieve, or anyone that's running away from something. Want to learn to sit with themselves and not always be distracted because once it catches up to you, you might not be able to handle. The first product will be dropping as a boxy, long-sleeved button-up. These come in two variations, a woman's cut and a man's cut. The idea was to let people wear grief on their shoulders. These shirts will be releasing on the 24th of July and there'll be limited stock.
