If prices keep going up the same way they have since 1995. This is what we can expect by 2055: Average home $1.6 million. Gallon of gas: $16. New car: $218,165. Cup of coffee: $28. Average rent: $6,50. Inflation is unstoppable. If everybody's earning a million dollars a year and rent is sixty-five hundred bucks a month, not so bad. So it's function of both of those things, not just one. You can't just look at one equation and go, whoa, this is crazy.
