When you buy a stock for $100 and you sell it for $150, that's a $50 capital gain. Second thing is dividends. So dividends are what a company pays you just for buying and holding their stock. They just pay you cash money in the accounts that you're investing in. Stock. Second way to make money is REITs, Real Estate Investment Trust. Millions of people pool their money together and go buy real estate and legally they have to pay their shareholders 90% of the rent. Um, way. Third way to make money is cash back credit cards. So you know, cash back credit cards. You can make a lot of money through that. Just choose a credit card that suits you, whether that is gas, groceries, traveling, etc. Fourth way to make money is interest. So opening a high yield or high interest savings account. When you borrow money, the bank can lend your money and you have to pay us interest. In a high interest account, the bank pays you interest every single month and you don't lose your initial capital. Anytime, you can withdraw it. It's kind of like a checking account. So, here you go. Four streams of income.
