Four things I wish I did when I turn 18. And I regret not doing these things. Number one is opening a credit card. Not to spend money you don't have, but to start building your credit. You just gotta make sure you pay it off every single month and you're good. You gotta build that credit. Number two is putting all your funds into a HYSA, a high yield savings account. I was 18 to 22, I had like $40,000 in a regular savings account earning no interest, man. My money goes losing value, man. I regret not moving into it. High yield savings account. Number three, start investing ASAP. Started at 23. Get it. It sounds super scary, but once you understand the fundamentals, you can literally start investing with $10, $20, $50. Number four is learning how to budget. I started budgeting, I felt more in control of my money and started to make better financial decisions. I'm 24 now and honestly, I wish I would have known these four things when I turned 18. What would you add to this list?
