This has to be one of the best sorbets that we've ever made. I'm not gonna lie, I was a little bit worried when we ordered this flavour because I wasn't sure how it was going to go down in Barnsley. We're a town of the classics, all right? We like us bubblegum, we like us vanilla, strawberry, etcetera. And I wasn't sure if this was going to be a bit too out there and it wasn't going to be popular. So it was a bit of a risk. But it definitely paid off because I put this out to the counter and oh my god, it went so quick. Literally in a day. So I'm taking this as a sign to try some more out there flavours and of course, if you get it already, it is dragon fruit.
