I finally checked out @Cochinitos USA for the first time, and it definitely won’t be my last! Everything I tried—from traditional favorites to house specialties—was packed with incredible flavor. The complimentary fresh chicharrones, handmade tortillas, and incredible desserts made the experience even better. Ms. Paola made me feel so welcome by walking me through the menu, sharing the specials, and recommending some of her favorite dishes.
