This restaurant recently just opened and they have Korean lunch boxes that are available now. I'm so excited! Let's go check it out. The space is bright, clean, and welcoming. I picked up their premium dosirak with beef bulgogi and their standard dosirak with spicy pork. The biggest difference is the amount of meat and side dishes you get, but both have generous portions. I don't know if it's just me, but the amount of care and attention they put into these lunch boxes makes me feel so very loved. The homemade yuzu dressing for the shrimp salad was definitely one of my favourites. Every bite from this amazing lunch box felt like opening an advent calendar. Bulgogi was flavourful, I loved every side dish. Korean pancakes were delicious. And best part, banchan changes daily. The owner asked me to try the kimchi soup made from her mom's recipe. It was so rich and comforting that I just had to sit there trying to figure out how something could taste that good. The tteokbokki was easily one of the best I've had. Sauce was flavourful, rice tasted perfectly chewy. Banchan actually means side dishes, so it's only fitting that they have refrigerators full of homemade banchan. This is a family owned business that's putting so much love into their food and I hope you'll go check them out!
