Here is everything I make on a Sunday to help my week run that little bit smoother. Hi, I'm Amy. I'm a mum of 4 and a wife to Sam who was diagnosed with leukemia last year. Since then, we've made a conscious effort to cook more from scratch and cut back on ultra-processed foods where we can. This week is in full swing, the kids are finishing school for the summer. We've got teacher gifts to sort out, end of term events, and the camping countdown is officially on. So I have to make extra dump bags to take with us. I know camping is supposed to be all about barbecues and roasting marshmallows, but when you've got hungry kids, sometimes you just need dinner ready for when you get back from a day out. So these dump bags will go straight into the slow cooker in the morning and they will be ready for when we get back. First up, I made a batch of beetroot brownies, followed by some frozen herb blocks to add flavour to our meals. I only managed six dump bags today before I ran out of ingredients. So I made three chilli and three curry. I also made cookie dough oat bars. Homemade chilli deli meat for Ted's sandwiches and then some prep for Sam and Ted's sandwiches for the week. If this video has inspired you, I'd really appreciate a like, a follow, every bit of support really helps us on our journey. Remember to always do something today that your future self will thank you for. Have the best week guys, and I'll see you tomorrow. Bye.
