Here's everything I prepped for my family of seven to make our week run a little bit smoother. First up, these French toast cups and I'm using up the last of our stale bread so that way nothing goes to waste. These bake up golden with crispy edges. They reheat in the air fryer really nice. My kids like to eat them warm with a drizzle of syrup or sometimes they'll just take them cold straight from the fridge. Then I made a big batch of egg salad. This is creamy, protein packed, and ready for sandwiches or scooping on the crackers whenever somebody's hungry. Next, I made some taco sticks with my homemade dough. I roll it out, load it with a yummy beef seasoned filling and fold them into little handheld pockets. This is one that my crew begs for. The kids like to grab them for lunch or we'll pop them in the air fryer for a quick, easy dinner. They reheat really great and they also freeze well. Next up, one of my very favorite snacks and this recipe is exclusive to my Snack Stashbook, these cheesy crackers. Sometimes, I'll be fancy and use a goldfish cutter but today, I just went for easy squares. These are crispy, cheesy, and the perfect thing to keep little hands snacking on something homemade instead of reaching for a box. I'm also putting a Quick balsamic marinade on some chicken thighs for an easy dinner that's ready to go when I need it. Then I made my homemade frozen s'mores. This is one of my favorite summer treats. I'm using my homemade graham crackers from my recipe book and my homemade cool whip layered right in. These are great because they have a little extra protein tucked inside. We are a big treat after dinner family and these are ones that I will gladly hand out. Then I made a couple loaves of my white sandwich bread. This is so soft and sliceable and enough to carry us through the week. You could also put some in the freezer and pull it throughout the week as you need it and lastly, I just cut up some apples and some strawberries and I also threw some extra boiled eggs in the fridge for easy snacking. See the caption for all of the recipe details for this week's prep.
