My daughter got boho braids for the very first time and after 36 days it's finally time to take them out. I absolutely loved this style on her. But one thing I noticed was that the extra hair got pretty tangled. So most nights I ended up braiding the extra hair and then in the morning we'd take them back down. I don't know if that's normal or if there's a trick to keeping them from getting tangled. This is also my first time taking out a full head of braids so I have no idea how long it's actually going to take. When I got to the root of each of the braids, I actually applied some oil and I rubbed it in to help with some of the buildup. I absolutely love how her hair turned out. It took an hour and a half with lots of snack breaks, but she couldn't stop touching it because it was so soft and she said it was so fluffy. Stay tuned for wash day and more cute hairstyles.
