Here's a new type of probate fraud case that we're seeing or inheritance theft as some people call it. This is occurring when a person is getting older. They have assets and maybe they go into managed care, maybe they go into hospice, maybe they go into some type of retirement home. And the people around them, could be relatives, but sometimes not blood relatives. They could be associates or colleagues. Start to realize, look, this person is probably going to pass away in the future, maybe years from now, but this is gonna happen. And they start thinking about all of the assets, the retirement assets, 401ks, bank accounts, real estate, vehicles, life insurance, whatever it is.
