There's a huge new $200 million settlement for prescription drugs. If you bought generic medications between May of 2009 and the end of 2019, then you could get a payout in this settlement. The scope of this settlement is huge. The list is so long of impacted medications. Sun Pharmaceutical Industries and Taro Pharmaceuticals USA have been accused of contributing to the inflation of prescription medication prices. Of course, they have denied any wrongdoing, but they've settled in this case. So again, the list of affected medications is huge. Don't assume that you're not impacted. You did not have to pay completely out of pocket to qualify for this one. You might still qualify if you paid for part of the cost or if you received reimbursement from your insurance. The court-approved site can be found here. And claims close November 9th. I'm going to be posting a walkthrough so just type help in the comments if you want to be tagged when that's up.
