The list of Named Generic Drugs is attached as HERE. Certain groups of people are not eligible to file a claim form or receive a cash distribution from the Settlements, even if they otherwise meet the definition above. The EPP Sandoz Settlement Class and the EPP Sun/Taro Settlement Class do not include the following Consumers: Defendants' officers, directors, management, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates; Consumers who were covered by Medicaid for their purchases of Named Generic Drugs; Judges assigned to this case and any members of their immediate families.
