The X Pot has a new menu where you can get unlimited caviar, seafood, and Wagyu. So I had to come and try it out. The wait wasn't too long, but when I got in, it was completely packed. They have a caviar station right out front where you can get unlimited caviar on toast, on cucumber, or even just by itself. Quality is a little mushier than usual, but I'm not complaining. They have ready to eat seafood as well as raw seafood that you can bring and steam at your table. They have a sushi bar with nigiri and sashimi. They also have a fruit bar as well. I really liked their sashimi. Their shrimp was really sweet. I also liked their steam clams and the king crab legs. The lobster tail was a bit on the smaller side and wasn't as juicy for me. I love that they have fresh wasabi. Every piece of sashimi was so fresh. Wasn't too big of a fan of the Wagyu nigiris. I got the chicken broth with a side of sichuan. This is the A5 Wagyu chuck ribeye and short rib. Super tender and really good in the broth. It give you a peanut sauce and a sweet soy sauce as well. Both tasted good. I steamed my oysters and my clams. They were really good. The matcha cake and egg custard were delicious as well.
