DACA Update Timeline and Demand letter link template below...

So after 255 days I finally got my approval notice for DACA. And it was a silent approval, meaning that USCIS has not sent me the official notification yet. But if I log into my USCIS account and go under the documents, I'm able to see the approval notice. Um, just this week and last week, I did so many things that I'm not even sure if any of them actually had an impact on my case being approved. But out of desperation yesterday, I sent a pre-suit demand letter to USCIS, basically letting them know that if I did not receive the official notification yet, that I was going to file a writ of mandamus, which is a lawsuit against USCIS. Ironically enough, it could just be a coincidence. Um, I started to get emails from USCIS, um, and I even got an email from my Congress representative, basically letting me know that USCIS reached out to them with an answer. But like I said, it could just be a coincidence. Um, I created a Google Docs with my timeline as well as a Google Docs for the template that I used for the demand letter. So that's going to be linked below. Let me know if the links works! Also, I do want to emphasize that I am not a lawyer. I am not giving you guys any legal advice. This I did it on my own. I just did some research and like I said, out of desperation, I sent the demand letter yesterday and thankfully enough, I did get the approval notice today, which I'm very thankful for. Um, also one thing that I did notice is that if you're going to upload evidence, make sure you do it for both sections. So you do it for the DACA and also for the employment authorization document. So that's what I did. Um, and thankfully enough, it could just be a coincidence. Um, I don't know. Um, but yeah, I hope that you guys do start getting your approvals. This can be very frustrating.
