Hello, my friend. If you have bad posture, back pain, or you struggle to breathe, this video could change your life. So stay with me for a couple of minutes or go on with your day and keep suffering. I don't really care. But the intent of this video is to show you the importance of diaphragmatic breathing because a lot of people tend to act upon the symptom by endlessly trying to stretch their muscles, by endlessly trying to get these massages. But they don't understand the underlying cause could sometimes be poor diaphragmatic output. And if your diaphragm isn't working, your body starts utilizing all the muscles in order to achieve these mechanics. One classic example is forward head posture. It's going to be mouth breathing, all things that can make you worse and that can obviously also induce in pain in your neck. And now that your neck is pushing forward, your back is pushing backwards to balance things out. And now you are stuck in pelvic tilt and in hyperlordosis. So by learning how to breathe your diaphragm, you can reverse these things. And let me show you a very quick demonstration of how you can use this diaphragmatic breathing to improve your posture. Set up example: Stay on a 90-90 position. So now, what you're gonna do is simply try to keep everything stacked. So right? Your bum should touch the floor, your shoulders touch the floor, your mid-back should all touch the floor. There shouldn't be any gaps. So if there is, stay on the ground for about 15 or or however long it takes before you can neutralize your back arch. Once you got that, you want to start taking deep breaths in, and then half exhales. I'll give you a demonstration. Fully exhale first. Put your hands up. And then inhale. You see? When you do that, you aren't just basically expanding the belly. No. You should feel your your whole trunk expanding. All right? So this is a 360, uh, expansion. So you should be feeling, uh, your lower back pushing out, right? So like it's expanding laterally. And yes, it's expanding frontally. If you are performing and the only thing that you are feeling is your belly getting bigger, then you aren't a proper it means that you aren't engaging your Which is good because it means that there is room for improvement. And once you can you can perform this exercise on a daily basis, I like to do it every now and then, then at this point, because I know how to breathe my diaphragm. But it's always good practice, especially if you with a lot of tightness and stuff, because you can reteach the muscles in your body to behave that they were supposed. So yeah, this is you perform a 90-90 hip lift. And that's how these, uh, session, uh, session of correction and alignment ends. Follow and join my more. Bye.
