I buff a four ball football ball to see if it actually makes you better in 24 hours. This is from a company called Strike sphere and it uses advanced sensor technology to make not only your dribbling better but controlling your overall football skills better. And since Leminyama is the best football dribbler to ever live, I started with watching and studying him on YouTube to see what I can learn. And I'm as washed as Messi is so I have a long ways to go. But the setup is simple. You get four smart discs and you can drop them anywhere in your house and that becomes your training zone. Then there are three-speed modes and LCD screen that tracks every rep and a current score that you can track as well. And to be honest, round one was rough. But round after round, I bumped up the speed and I got even better and better. My footwork got cleaner and my control got sharper. So I can easily say that after all this practice, this does make you a better play. And for only $40, I don't see why everyone doesn't have this.
