I just got my septum pierced a couple days ago (Yes this is my actual nose) so here are five things i wish knew beforehand so here are five things i wish knew beforehand one: it actually DOES hurt to get pierced depending on your pain tolerance it actually DOES hurt to get pierced depending on your pain tolerance Two: fixing it in the morning will feel like fucking HELL because while you're sleeping if it's fresh crusties will form on it overnight so when you wake up and immediately move it it'll force those crusties into the hole so clean it before fixing it Three: How genuinely hard internally threaded balls are to screw back on. I spent 30 minutes to an HOUR trying to get the small ass tiny ass bum ass ball back on. so I'd recommend you get piercing pliers or a piercing ball grabber to save the frustration Four: cleaning it for the first time genuinely feels like someone is pouring four full bottles of hydrogen peroxide on the hole I thought it would get better but it hasn't... five: I'm so aware but unaware of it at the same time sometimes I don't even remember that I got it pierced other times I remember there's genuinely a hole in my nose and become hyper aware of it it's so weird to randomly feel it moving inside my nose that's all for now Badtz iz BADTZ
