Here's a couple of few things that I've built over this year with Claude code, not just using Fable, but all the other models. I built an entire SEO application from scratch. It allows me to do keyword research, competitor analysis, and it has some really cool new AI visibility stuff. Not just the normal keyword research, but I can understand where I'm where I'm being mentioned in in Google, in GPT, in perplexity. Why did I build this? For my community, more than 500 people are using it and they love it. And I was fucking tired of paying over 200 a month for Semrush and Ahrefs, these applications are absolute trash and they're not getting any better. So I built my own. I also built obviously a website for DataWise. It's getting a lot of people in. I built an SEO command center. I'm using, uh, what's it called, Hermes a lot these days to do my SEO. But I felt like it needed some sort of command center that I could see what it was doing. This allows me to see from a bird's eye perspective what it's working for in each, in each client, the approvals that I need to do that. The opportunities that it recommends and I can kind of manage multiple clients with Hermes, but via this SEO operating system, probably needs a better name, but it works. The community members are really liking it and I really, I can also chat to Hermes directly in here in the chat, so I don't have to separate this within my Telegram as well. I built an entire real estate website that is generating leads and I'm selling those leads to the real estate agencies. Big disclaimer here. People in the area that I live in in the Patagonia suck at SEO, but I saw a gap in the market. So I'm kind of scraping all the property markets here and I'm generating them leads, which they're happy about, but I'm selling them. So yeah, if you see a gap in the market, you can kind of do it. I built a website that tells you the live price of where the cheapest fuel in your city is. That's just the project that I also built another website for our AI ranking community. And all these are getting traffic. This is the property website, this is the DataWise website application. They're actually, and I don't say this stuff to kind of show off what I'm, a point of this whole video is build something, stop learning SEO or sorry, stop learning AI all the time. Because there's this sense of false productivity. See what happens and when I see all the time is that a new model comes out. And whilst you're learning how you jump onto the next one, jump into the next one, and you feel productive because you're learning. But you get fuck all done. You don't do anything. And if you don't build, you don't really learn the mistakes that you're supposed to learn this. I've learned so many mistakes out of building this entire SEO application, I can't begin to tell you how many. But I know now what not to do. And I don't care if a smarter model comes out. I know that I can do this with Opus 4.8 or GPT 5.5. It's good enough for me. I don't need to wait and pray to these incredible AI gods that a new smart model gets released, so then I'll finally be able to do my work. No, I know that I can just do it with this stuff. So my whole point is learn a little bit, but actually do something. Stop chasing this fake productivity with these new models that are coming out. Hope that helps.
