I just found out there's an easier way to patch drywall holes around your house. Everything comes in this kit. First, you soak one of these things called a mud plug. Then you take this tool to prep the hole, which cleans up the area and makes it the perfect size. Take the plug out of the water and push it into the hole, then smooth all any excess. With just water, you can clean up the area and this is ready to paint in one hour. This is a fast way to repair holes without using spackle. I love that it's a product that won't dry out over time because it's activated with water. The directions are right on the back of the box for quick reference.
