1. Large Microwave-safe: In a large microwave-safe
mug (at least 12 oz), whisk together the flour, sugar,
cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt until well
combined.
2. Add Milk: Add the milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla
extract to the dry ingredients.
3. Stir Vigorously: Stir vigorously with a fork until there
are no dry spots and the batter is smooth.
4. Fold Chocolate: Fold in the chocolate chips, if
using, ensuring they are evenly distributed.
5. Place Mug: Place the mug in the microwave and
cook on high for 60-90 seconds.

graham cracker crumbs and powdered sugar. mix
well.

and crumbly.
4. Press Mixture: Press the mixture firmly and evenly
into the bottom of the prepared pan.
5. Place Pan: Place the pan in the refrigerator while
you prepare the topping.
6. Combine Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl,
combine chocolate chips and 1/2 cup peanut butter.
7. Microwave High: Microwave on high for
30-second intervals, stirring after each, until
smooth and melted (cut 1-2 minutes total).
