As a licensed esthetician, this new Azelaic acid has completely stirred up a ton of drama here on TikTok. So I'm going to share with you guys my favorite Azelaic acid serums from Ulta as a licensed esthetician and explain to you why I still use the Anua one. So let's get into it. This is the Anua Azelic acid serum that has stirred up a lot of controversy because Anua claimed it's 10% azelic acid. And it really has a neutralized formula. So even though it's 10%, it's neutralized. So it may not be as strong as a traditional 10% formula. But I'm telling you guys, even though this is a mostly salt formula, super effective. Probably my favorite azelaic acid ever. I use this all the time. I know they even updated their ingredient list. Updated it meaning they now disclose the 2 forms of the acid rather than just saying azelaic acid. I'm not sure about on here. On the website they've updated it. This is a super thin, watery formula. I love it. This Naturium azelaic acid derivative is really similar actually to the Anua one. If they just marketed it that way as a derivative. So this is a more neutralized formula, but still very effective. It's still 10%. It's just been neutralized because it's a derivative. I have used this one for a super long time. I really love the results it gives me. And this is another one of those you will like to. This is a newer product from bubble. It's their dream fade. I've used this since before it launched. This is a great azelaic acid formula. It's not super strong feeling on the skin, but it's super effective, which is why I like it. Some azelaic acids kind of burn. I never had that issue with this one. Got super fast results. You can layer this up with other products without it feeling greasy and heavy. And for what? $17? You can't beat that. Okay. As you can see, my store's actually out of this azelaic acid for Peach Slices. Um, they do have this in stock, but this is such a great product. I wouldn't use this one. I'm talking about the other one. Azelaic acid is just one of those ingredients that seriously helps acne and I love the formula of that one. It's very lightweight and layers well with stuff. If you're really on a budget, this one's $12 from Good Molecules. 10% azelaic acid. This is more of a thicker cream. I prefer this at night, not to layer it with as many products. But this is a great product and azelaic acid is one of those ingredients that pretty much all skin types tolerate, which is why I love it.
