This is how you do it in DaVinci Resolve. Go into your delivery page on the left, select format MP4, codec H.264, and encoder NVIDIA. If you have an NVIDIA RTX graphics card. Your encoding profile should be set to High. Variable bitrate, target bitrate 50,000 to 80,000 kilobits per second. Set your preset to Medium, tuning to High Quality. Use two pass if you're using a lot of motion in your video and should be codec mode set to CABAC. Use render cached images, force sizing to highest quality. I promise you.
