If I wanted to go from $0 to $1M using AI, what should I do? 1. Build a website. I get Claude to build me a website with the thing I'm going to sell. I want to launch a service selling AI automation to local businesses in my city. 2. Find leads. Scrape the internet, find me local businesses, give me their email and their cell numbers so that I can call them. It'll scrape, it'll research, it'll put the lead list together. 3. Sales script. What do I say when I call? Ask it to build you a sales script. It will give you word for word sales script. 4. Call leads. 5. Build the product. You ask Claude to build the product that you just sold now that you have customers. The key is is you sell the service before you spend any money on the business.
